As a counseling intern at Ottawa University, I have an emphasis in the treatment of trauma, abuse, and emotional deprivation. My approach is gentle and trauma-informed, rooted in evidence-based practices. I use a client-centered approach with a mix of tools including CBT, DBT, EFT, TF-CBT, and IFS. I help clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional safety, and create meaningful change.
